Statesets local to modules

It would be convenient to be able to use the stateset declaration also inside modules, to declare sets of states on the basis also of the local variables of a module. Currently, statesets can refer only to global variables. I do not really see a reason against such statesets... They would be very convenient, for example, to specify "initial conditions" of modules.
